J.Walter Thompson have written a female follow-up now to their highly researched piece they published in 2015 on what they have named ‘the elastic generation’.
They characterise this as “a much misunderstood group of British people in their 50s and 60s that we believed merited greater attention from brands.” Much as they rightly observe how we, otherwise known as the baby-boomers, might resist further categorisation, I have to say I really like this particular label!
